Sapna Sardessai
Sapna Sardessai runs a publishing and advertising business called Printer's Devil, in Porvorim.
An ex-journalist, she has published many cookbooks, including the bestseller Ishtann, into its fourth edition now, which she has also translated from Konkani, and Aaswad, into its second edition.
A foodie by nature, she lets the world onto her kitchen secrets, almost everyday, in her album Foodstyle on Facebook.
Her recipes are much awaited and a rage especially with NRGs (Non Resident Goans).
