Temp hits 38⁰C, may cool down from tomorrow

Unbearable heat once again hit Goa today, within two days. It reached 38⁰C.

However, it was less compared to Mumbai with 40.5⁰C and Surat in Gujarat at 39⁰C, the closest meteorological stations recorded in the neighbouring coastal states.

Comparatively, Mangalore recorded only 36⁰C.

Today’s climate in Goa ranged between 24.6⁰C to 38⁰C.

It was 38.7⁰C, in a similar manner, on Wednesday, 6 March.

But the climate has been shifting between 37⁰C  to 38⁰C for almost a week now.

The heat may cool down a bit however for the next two days, as per the forecast.

The Meteorological Centre in Panaji has predicted 36⁰C and 35⁰C temperature for the next two days.
